 Promotion of CRP: A catalyzation process for community Development

In order to support the community in carrying forward, different development initiatives individual members with knowledge on farming, marketing, government programs, and over and above strong will to support to needy in the community were selected and trained on different developmental aspects and issues. These individuals were deputed in different clusters closer to their homes to support the community. These CRPs were undergone rigorous training on different development issues and were deployed in the field along with the Community organizers for hand-holding. This was with a idea that after completion of project activities these local hand will support their neighborhoods during need. 16 such individuals were trained from the program area and are in action in the field. All CRPs were equipped with literature and support handouts to refresh their skill and knowledge as and when they need.

 

 

Village Development and Assessment Plan: Micro-plan mean many for Gender Justice & immunity Boosting:

The development process can move on at the village level if the villagers have their plan in black and while and refer to it as and when they required. In order to make them understand the resources, facilities, schemes available with them and the issues that need to be addressed for better livelihood opportunities with in the village, Village base assessment and development plans have been developed in different program villages. In both, the program district 10 such documents have been developed.

During the exercise different PRA tools had been used to familiarize the community to identify the resources with them and the gap. These were developed and supported by Udyama staff and students of KISM students during their management internship and placed in the community for their use. During such exercise, different community-level actions were also initiated to develop youth leadership, village hygiene practices, sanitation awareness, and identification of community resources and infrastructure.
